We're going to the National Finals!

I am incredibly proud to announce that this past Wednesday, our Kingsbrook Boys U13 Handball team delivered a stellar performance to win the second round of the School Nationals Competition. This victory has officially punched our ticket to the National Finals in Nottingham this June!

Hard Work Meets Success

This achievement isn’t just about one day of play; it is the result of relentless dedication. These boys haven’t stopped training all year round, their consistent effort and "never-give-up" attitude have truly paid off. Seeing that hard work translate into a spot among the best teams in the country is a moment of immense pride for me as their coach.

Resilience and Recovery

Handball is a high-intensity sport, and the road to the finals has been physically demanding. We currently have a couple of players sidelined with injuries, and our primary focus now—alongside training—is their recovery. We are wishing them a speedy return to the court; we need the full squad ready for the challenge ahead!

The Final Hurdle

Heading into a National Final brings massive pressure, but this group has shown they have the mental toughness to handle it. We aren't just going to Nottingham to participate—we are going there to compete. We are ready.

"A massive well done to the players, the parents for their unwavering support, and everyone behind the scenes who made this journey possible. Let’s bring that trophy home!"
